Shirleys Junque Emporium will send you an e-mail confirming your order. Most orders are shipped within 2 days. All shipping is done through UPS ( No Post Office Addresses Please). The standard shipping charge is $5.00 plus .50 per pound. Average weight per item is 1 to 3 lbs. At this time we only ship to the continental United States. Minnesota state sales tax is included in the per cost amount of each item.

Items Damaged in Shipping:

In the event merchandise is damaged by UPS please notify us within ten (10) days at icehaus@icehaus.com so we can process the claim with UPS. Please save all packing materials and the damaged items for ten (10) business days from the time of claim for possible UPS inspection. Merchandise will be replaced when possible, otherwise a credit or refund will be issued.

Back Orders:

In the event an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we request your permission to place that item on back order. If an item is on backorder, notification will be e-mailed with an approximate shipping date. Your credit card will NOT be billed for back ordered items until they are shipped.

Return Policy:

Items may be returned within ten (10) days after receiving order. Ship to Shirleys Junque Emporium,
attn Returns Dept 65150 220th Street Dexter, MN 55926. The return shipping charge and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please enclose copy of the original invoice/packing list. Credit will be applied when return is received.
